  • Easter Holiday Clubs
    Over 20 year 6 children and another 20 children from Years 3-5 enjoyed a range of holiday clubs at school over the past week.
  • The boiler has been fixed
    School is open tomorrow - Tuesday 8th March 2016
  • School Dinners - Free School Meals
    Children in Nursery, Yr3, Yr4, Yr5 or Yr6 who are entitled to a free school meal can have a packed lunch.
  • School Dinners - EYFS & KS1
    Children who are in Reception, Yr 1 and Yr 2 are entitled to a Universal Free School Meal.
  • School is CLOSED
    Unfortunately the heating has developed a fault today. We have tried to fix it and are waiting upon an engineer. The temperature in school is too low to stay open but we aim to be open tomorrow. Please check the website later today for an update.
  • School is open today - 4th March 2016
    The snow has just begun to fall but school is still open. Be careful on the paths into school, they may be slippy.
  • Where to find us in the Manchester arena!
    We are sat in section 222, right at the back to the right hand side of the stage. We have a banner pinned up behind where we are seating. We look forward to seeing you here , we are very busy rehearsing.
  • Button Lane & Sandilands Irish Ceili Band
    Children from both Button Lane and Sandilands Primary came together for the first time in preparation for St.Patrick's Day on Friday!

  • Ms Roberts and Mr Rainey visit Ghyll Head
    Mr Rainey, our Chair of Governors joined the staff and children at Ghyll Head on Tuesday and Wednesday and Ms Roberts joined them on Wednesday. They are having a fantastic time and being kept very busy!
